JEWELLERY REPAIR

We recognise that jewellery repair and maintenance form part of your ongoing enjoyment of your collection. We offer an in store repair service for the basics such as clasp replacement, earring backs and jump rings.

All repair work that cannot be performed in store is repaired in house by our master jeweller. Basic ring resizing work is usually completed within the working week. Adjustments and modifications are usually completed within ten to fourteen days. Our specialty customer design work can take two to four weeks.
